My husband and I decided to get married in Hot Springs. The idea started out as a comment from my grandpa who travels to Arkansas for leisure but quickly became our reality. We were instantly drawn to Anthony's Chapel at the Woodland Gardens however we were unsure of what we wanted to do for the reception. I did a few google searches and reached out to different places but again, was instantly drawn to the Hot Springs Country Club. After my first conversation with Donna I was sure that this was the place! Donna and I hit it off from day one! She is a complete angel and my wedding day would not have been the same without her insight. She kept me on track, she sent me suggestions and even picked out the lanterns for my center pieces. She also reassured my money conscious husband that we would be able to pull this off without being completely broke afterwards. There really are no words to describe how grateful I am for Donna and how easy she made planning a wedding out of state! Donna transformed the hall into such a warm and inviting environment, which was exactly what we wanted! When our guests walked in they were warmly greeted and thoroughly enjoyed the views of the greens and the buffet that was served. Donna makes wedding planning look so easy! The Hot Springs Country Club was an obvious choice for our daughters wedding reception . It was beautiful & had grandeur elegance. Donna led such an organized event. Early on we met with the GM and banquet director about all the details, which at that point I felt a lot of peace and confidence in knowing having their help with the reception party was going to provide us a stress free event ... so hospitable for pre~wedding preparation too. | If you are looking for the BEST VENUE in Arkansas to have a Wedding shower, Wedding Reception or Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, Hot Springs Country Club is the place! Donna, their Banquet coordinator knows how to help you. She and her staff are easy to work with, excellent in communication, set-up and executing the event. We had our son’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at the Hot Springs Country Club this June. Donna and her staff are there to help make one of the happiest events as STRESS-FREE as possible. The on-site chef and Donna met with us and we taste tested ALL of our food prior to the event. They serve amazing cuisine so it was difficult to make a decision what to serve. Our event was scheduled in January prior to our June event. Donna made sure to be there every step of the way. She is available to stage, plan and set the room for your event. | The meeting facilities at Hot Springs Country Club are perfect for any occasion. The views are gorgeous and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxed. The breakfast and lunch catered by HSCC was so fresh and delicious! The catering staff was pleasant and accommodating with our request to add a side dish while our lunch was already underway and attentive to the food and drink levels throughout our event so we never had to ask for more. The Banquet Coordinator, Donna Bryant, was easy to work with and our event was handled flawlessly! The trainers our company had onsite made last minute requests of Donna and she handled that with the ease and patience of a true professional. I have complete confidence in Donna and know that I will not have to micromanage an event that she handles for us! I look forward to HSCC hosting many events for us in the future! | I could never truly express in words how much Donna, the Banquet Coordinator, helped me and reassured me since the first day we met. I felt instantly connected to her and that made me feel so special this whole year. Donna always had an answer and a smile for me and reassured me at every turn especially through my uncertainty when my sister had gotten very sick. | Everything was perfect!! Food was wonderful, service was excellent and the venue was beautiful! We had so many of our guest comment on what a lovely facility the Country Club is and it seams a lot of people went back for “seconds”, so that speaks well of the food. | Donna Bryant the Banquet Coordinator helped me plan a Bridesmaid’s luncheon for my niece, Lauren Bodenheimer Hall. Her suggestions were very helpful both for menu and logistics. Our experience was very enjoyable and the food was delicious. Planning long distance events are stressful, but Donna made it so easy and stress free! She made our time at the Country Club fun.
